Enhanced descriptions from Syndetics:

From Sara Shepard, author of the #1 New York Times bestselling Pretty Little Liars series, comes the nail-biting, shocking conclusion to The Lying Game.

Sutton Mercer had the perfect life, great friends, and a gorgeous boyfriend--until she was murdered. Then the killer forced Sutton's long-lost twin sister, Emma, to pretend to be her. Emma has been living Sutton's life for weeks now, frantically trying to figure out who killed her sister and why.

But when Sutton's body is discovered, Emma suddenly becomes the number-one suspect in her twin's murder. Now she needs to find the killer before she ends up behind bars--or worse.

In this stunning finale to the beloved series The Lying Game, Emma finally solves her sister's murder--but the killer will do anything to make sure that the truth dies with her.

Booklist Review

In this presumably final book in the Lying Game series, which is dedicated to solving the murder of Sutton Mercer, Shepard does a fine job of building tension and laying believable red herrings along Emma's route to identifying her twin's killer. Teenage boys in this cycle continue to receive dramatic but well-earned reputations as violent and jealous (and jealously violent), but the family issues featuring the twins' grandparents and Emma's detective work are credibly and engagingly played out. There seems to be little of the Lying Game itself here, except when its notoriety leads authorities to dismiss a witness. This one can stand alone.--Goldsmith, Francisca Copyright 2010 Booklist

Horn Book Review

With Sutton's ghost watching, Emma investigates Garrett, Sutton's ex, suspecting he's her sister's murderer--even when Sutton's body is found and everyone thinks Emma's the culprit. Once the real killer is revealed, fans won't be able to stop reading (even if they, unlike naive Emma, saw it coming). This sixth (superior) installment is an engrossing and satisfying climax to the series. (c) Copyright 2014. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
