Library Journal Review
Martin, host of the BBC's Saturday Kitchen and Eating with the Enemy, is an advocate for locally grown produce and organizes his recipes by season. Beginning cooks will be able to tackle these salads, fish, pancakes, pizzas, and lamb. Despite some hard-to-locate items such as duck eggs and elderflower heads (the supplier list includes only UK companies), Martin's creative and inspired recipes are sure to win him new American fans.
